New Members Note:
Once your application is submitted and club dues are paid, you can download the Book of Reprints (BOR) for free. You will receive the link to the download webpage via email once your application is processed.
If you want a paper copy of the two volumes of
the Book of Reprints (500+ pages), enclose an
additional $52 with your dues. ($60 total).
For a copy of the Book of Reprints as two searchable .pdf files on a CD, submit an additional $12 with your dues.($20 total).
This is the same document that you can
download for free.
Outside the USA and Canada, add $35 for shipping of the paper copy only.
